Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Leafra mobile app, website, and related services (\u201cLeafra\u201d) operated by Leafra Technology. By creating an account or using Leafra, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU) to use Leafra.

2. Account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us at support@leafra.appif you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable use

  • No scraping, reverse-engineering, or reselling of AI outputs.
  • No uploading unlawful, harmful, or copyrighted content you don\u2019t own.
  • No automated abuse of the free tier to circumvent quotas.

4. AI accuracy disclaimer

Leafra provides informational plant identification and care guidance. While our hybrid AI performs at 96%+ top-1 accuracy, it can still err. Never rely on Leafra alone for decisions affecting human or pet safety — always double-check toxicity with a veterinarian or poison-control resource in your country.

5. Subscriptions

Premium is billed monthly or annually, auto-renews, and can be cancelled at any time in your App Store or Google Play account. Free tier remains available after cancellation.

6. Changes

We may change these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leafra\u2019s total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Leafra in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection laws of the country where you live. Courts of İstanbul have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
