How do I identify a plant?

Tap the gold camera button in the centre of the tab bar, point at a plant, and hold steady. Identification takes a few seconds. If the match isn’t right, tap Alternatives to see the next most likely species.

The diagnosis or care advice looks wrong.

Plant Doctor gives educational guidance, not a guarantee. Retake the photo in good light, filling the frame with the affected leaf, and try again. For anything serious, consult a local nursery or, for pets, a vet.

How do I restore my purchase on a new phone?

Open Profile → Subscription → Restore Purchases. Make sure you’re signed into the same Apple ID you bought with.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Leafra → Cancel. Your free-trial period is honoured until it ends.

Why didn’t I get a watering reminder?

Reminders are local notifications, so make sure notifications are enabled in iOS Settings → Leafra → Notifications. Reminders fire for plants you added and schedules you created on the calendar.

Is the app safe for pets and children?

Every species in our catalogue is rated for pet toxicity, child toxicity and allergy risk. Open Safetyfrom the home tools grid, and check the safety rows on any plant’s detail page.

Which languages does Leafra support?

English, Turkish, Russian, Spanish and German — interface, care advice and notifications all switch together. Change it in Profile → Language.

How do I delete my data?

Your garden and journal live on your device. Remove everything from Settings → Reset in the app, or by deleting the app. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Plant identification isn’t working.

Check your internet connection — identification runs on our servers. If it still fails, email us with the time and your city and we’ll investigate.
