Data requests

Your rights under GDPR (EU), KVKK (Türkiye), and Federal Law 152-FZ (Russia).

You have the right to ask us for a copy of your personal data, to correct inaccuracies, to delete your account, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent. The fastest way to exercise any of these is from inside the app:

• Access / Export: Settings → Privacy → Export my data. You receive a JSON bundle by email within 7 days.
• Correction: Settings → Profile → edit name, email, city, climate.
• Deletion: Settings → Privacy → Delete account. All personal data is purged within 30 days, backups included.
• Restriction / Objection / Withdrawal: Settings → Privacy → toggles per purpose.

You can also write to privacy@leafra.app with the subject \u201cData request\u201d and the following body:

• Your registered email
• The right(s) you want to exercise
• A way for us to verify your identity (we\u2019ll guide you)

We respond within 30 days (extendable by 60 days for complex requests, with notice). If we decline, we explain why and how to appeal.

You can lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority:

• EU: your national Data Protection Authority.
• Türkiye: KVKK \u2014 kvkk.gov.tr.
• Russia: Roskomnadzor \u2014 rkn.gov.ru.
