• Craft over velocity. We\u2019d rather ship one genuinely polished thing than four half-done ones.
• Deep ownership. Designers who ship code, engineers who care about copy, everyone talks to users.
• Quiet async. Two focused sync hours a week, the rest is writing, reading and building.
• Remote-first, İstanbul-optional. If you\u2019re here, we hang out. If you\u2019re elsewhere, we ship together.

We\u2019re a very small team right now and we hire carefully. There are no open public postings. If you\u2019re exceptional at one of the following, we want to hear from you:

• Product / visual design — mobile-first, craft-obsessed
• Mobile engineering — Expo / React Native, deep platform feel
• ML / AI engineering — hybrid systems, evals, cost shaping
• Content / copywriting — native Russian or Turkish, literary ear
• Operations / community — plant-literate, multi-language
